I have a double room to rent in a ground floor flat in Bannockburn. It comes furnished.

There is private parking available. The flat has a private front garden/patio and a rear garden.

You would share the flat which comprises kitchen, bathroom and living area (with log burner stove) with my brother.

I am looking for a clean and tidy and conscientious individual. No parties.

The rent advertised includes use of full flat along with some bills which include internet council tax. Gas & Electric are not included in the monthly rent. Meter readings will be taken each month by myself and the bill split between 2 each month. So bills will vary month to month for utilities.
