Bedroom in quiet dog friendly house in Bannockburn

I am renting out my spare room in my mid-terrace house in Bannockburn. I work as a lecturer at Stirling Uni but spend a few days of the week staying with my partner in Glasgow. It's a quiet neighbourhood, and easy commute by bike or car to the uni or Stirling centre. It's close to the motorways and easy to get to Glasgow or Edinburgh. Also an ideal location for getting to the Trossarchs/highlands.

I live with my dog Panda, he is a rescue but fairly easy going. He would be ok to live with another calm, ideally small female dog depending on an introduction. He can't live with cats.

The room has space for a double bed, but it's currently got a single bed/desk setup. I'm happy for people to bring their own furniture if preferred. There is space in the shed to store another bike too.

I have a garden which I'd love to get more use out of, so if you are a keen gardener feel free to use the space as you want.

I eat a mostly plant based diet so ideally looking for a lodger who is likeminded in that respect.
