The flat is located in the historic area of Bannockburn with excellent transport links (only a few minutes from the motorway, where Edinburgh and Glasgow can be reached in 30-40 minutes and Perth in 35 minutes). There are also excellent bus links into Stirling town centre, where there is a bus station and train station, which boosts regular commutes to all areas of Scotland. Only 6miles from the university and 3miles from Stirling town centre, the flat is in a great location.

The flat is located in a small development of 8 flats. Bannockburn has a small shopping precint.

On the first floor the flat hosts a large living area, bathroom, utility room and large, eat in kitchen. Upstairs are both the bedrooms, with the spare bedroom at the back of the property over looking the flat's large communal garden. The spare room is furnished with a double bed, a bed side unit and chest of drawers.
