Nice room in university accommodation

I am looking for a postgraduate student (male) who can take over my room in Lyon Crescent 21, Bridge of Allan. It is available from the 10th of December and the contract will end on 10th September 2022. This is a university accommodation located within walking distance of the campus(15-20 minutes by walk). It is an absolutely lovely place to stay with all the necessary facilities provided. Apart from a beautiful room, you get really good flatmates who are all from different countries. They are amazingly helpful, social and respects other's privacy. This accommodation comes with a sports membership but if you don't want that, it can be removed.

The icing on the cake would be that, I will give a discount of up to 50£ from the rent EVERY MONTH. So the final rent would be varying between £400-425 per month(this can be discussed later). Please reach out to the following number if you are interested in the offer!
