A lovely bright quiet flat located in Bridge of Allan, near Stirling. The area is really quiet with lots of green and blue spaces to explore. Stirlingshire is great for cycling, hiking, climbing etc etc. and is a great central location for exploring Scotland. There are regular trains from Bridge of Allan (15 mins walk) to Edinburgh and Glasgow and beyond. The flat is a short walk from the Stirling University campus (~10 mins).

Looking for a lodger for my single second bedroom. Plus shared use of the kitchen, living room and bathroom (bath/shower). Females preferred.

Heating is via electric storage heaters and there is unlimited broadband. White goods in kitchen - fridge/freezer, washing machine/dryer and dishwasher.

Rent £600 per month. Bills included in the rent - council tax, water, broadband. Electricity will be handled separately a half the monthly bills ~£70 per month during the summer.

Term - min 6 months (with a 1 month notice period). Deposit (one month rent). Reference required.
