The accommodation is an upper conversion of a Victorian villa. The person who comes to live here will have access to the kitchen, a shower/bathroom (mostly not shared but occationally it is) and two other public rooms. There is double glazing and central heating and broadband is included. There is a nice garden and anyone living here is more than welcome to enjoy it. The bedsit is comfortable with good storage and work space. It is 15' x 15' with a recess in the small bay window of about 3'. I am looking for a man or woman who is mature and responsible to share my home with me.
If lodger is not eligible for council tax rebate (i. e. still following a course of study) Council tax would be 25% of total (£1130) bringing the total rent to £794.10 pcm (£700 + £94.16)
