Looking for Female flatmate - Bridge of Allan

Hi, I am a 31 year old New Zealander who is looking for a flat mate to replace my current one who is leaving in the new year.

I live in a two bedroom flat in Bridge of Allan, Stirling. The flat has a shared living room, laundry room and upstairs attic space which can be accessed by a ladder and has a pull out couch bed, acting as another half bedroom. The spare room will be available from 1 February 2025.

Things to know about me, I am a Christian, I work two jobs, nannying two days a week and the other three I work from home as a church administrator. I value a clean living space so I am looking for someone tidy who will keep the common spaces clean. I like to do crafty things, exercise and am quite a homebody who likes movie nights.

I'm only interested in female inquiries please and someone who can ideally commit to a year.

The room is furnished with a bed, wardrobe and standing wardrobe. My flatmate is selling her desk so if you are interested in buying it that can also be arranged.

Rent is £425 a month, council tax band is B, roughly £111.00 each per month, heating and electric and Wi-Fi is roughly another £120 each a month and food is done separately. So a total of roughly £660 per month is required. Happy to explain further in meeting.
