I’m a finance professional who works from home. I have a cat. I enjoy the quiet, and am neat and clean, which is how I like my home.

I’m looking for a lodger who is cat friendly.

Plenty of space out front to park your car. Bonus points if you like motorcycling. There’s room in the garage for your bike.

There is gigabit internet, Netflix. The house is kept at a nice temperature all the time, as the cat likes it that way. You also get a mini fridge in your room.

All bills included (electricity, heating, internet, council tax). No deposit.
