Double room in Stirling

My current flatmate is moving out at the end of January, so I’m looking for someone to take over her room from 1st February. The room is a double and has a built-in wardrobe. The flat has a shared bathroom with a bath/shower combo, plus a shared kitchen and a large, south-facing living/dining room that gets loads of light. We’re on the ground floor and there’s plenty of parking, as well as a back garden which is shared with the upstairs flat.

Location-wise, we’re ideally placed between the university and town, and there’s a bus stop each direction, less than a minute’s walk from the front door.

Rent is £450 per month, with bills paid separately. Bills usually work out at around £70 per person per month, including internet (superfast fibre) and energy. Council tax is £163.50 per month (but you’ll be exempt if you’re a student).

A bit about me: I’m wrapping up my PhD at the University of Stirling and will be working in the area. I’m looking for a flatmate who’s tidy, respectful, and easy to live with. I’m friendly and enjoy hanging out at home sometimes (sharing a meal or a chat) while also appreciating quiet/solo time, so it would be great to find someone with a similar vibe.
