Lodger wanted for private room in family house

We have a lovely double bedroom, fully furnished within a Victorian house to rent. The room has its own access separate from the main house and a private ensuite. There is a large kitchen and utility area to share in a beautiful family home, with large mature gardens and parking. We both work full time so the house is quiet and the room is in a separate wing from the family bedrooms/living area. We have wifi, Sky TV etc and are very friendly. We are approximately a 15 minute walk to Stirling University and are situated in Upper Bridge of Allan right next to fields, woodland walks but also close to train station and cafes/shops.
The room would ideally suit a mature student, academic or professional .Rent is £350 per month all bills included for weekdays.
