Non-smoking house, but external rear door in garage may be used if required. I can travel extensively, sometimes for weeks on end. I am semi retired.
Lodger(s) have full shared use of the rest of the house, upstairs bathroom with bath, living room (with TV), kitchen diner (with TV), conservatory, garage, downstairs toilet, gardens, loft (req approval) & off road parking on the drive for a vehicle. House has an alarm installed for security.
Lodger(s) have full shared use of washing machine, dishwasher, all kitchen appliances etc, etc. House is cleaned by professional cleaner once per week & its optional if lodgers want their rooms cleaned (they may prefer to keep them locked).
Forth Valley Royal Hospital is a 20 min drive door to door. Polmont train station is a 10-15 minute walk.
Bus stop for buses to town every 30 mins is 5-10 min walk.

Must be tidy & preferably working or studying during day.
