Room with own bathroom and parking available

Room available in a well equipped, end terraced three bed house, (more like two bed and an office) . All the usual stuff, dishwasher, cooker, air fryer, fibre broadband. TV with Netflix and whatever subscription I have at the time.

I’m a professional, I work mostly office hours but do need to get up early so live a quiet life, reading, gym, yoga. Occasional glass of wine with a movie. Like going for a walk first thing and I live near some lovely places. I’m possibly getting a cat later in the year but not decided. I would consider pets as long as they’re well behaved.
