Fantastic double room for single occupancy

Double room for single occupancy in house with 2 professional females.
2 sitting rooms. 2 bathrooms and beautiful gardens for when we get sunshine. Country walks from the doorstep and a regular bus service but your own car would be better. Parking on the driveway and a garage for a bike if required.
I have a cat but not allowed in bedrooms.
References will be required.
Female preferred but will consider male if right applicant.
