Bright double room in quiet home

Double bedroom available to rent from July 2024 for 3 months initially. I may not be able to offer the room beyond that.
The room is fully furnished with double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, chest of drawers.
Currently myself living here and looking to share with another female who is friendly, easy going and reasonably house trained!
Professionals, post-grads, mature students welcome.
Parking available and most bills included - council tax increase would need to be covered if not a student.
Stirling Train station is a 10min drive/20min bike ride/40min walk. There is a bus service from Cambusbarron and stops right in front of house - note that this service does not go to the University/Bridge of Allan and the timetable should be considered.
Parking available on driveway for one other vehicle and secure shed for bike storage.
Happy to chat about situations and whether full/part-time required.
Nice quiet village to live in with lovely green spaces all around!

I work from home but some days are working away from home. I am quite active in my spare time so often out in the evenings or inside eating food! :-)
