Room available Sept - December

Hi, I have a double room available in my house in Cambusbarron from mid-Sept until early December. I am a live in landlord and I also have a small dog. I work about 50% of the time from home but happy if somebody else works here too. I do get up fairly early and currently do exercises classes online 6.30-7am on weekdays mornings, but I'll try to keep the noise down. I've got a lot of hobbies and like doing outdoor stuff, but I try and keep the communal areas fairly kit-free!

The property has fabulous views and backs onto woodland. There is off-street parking. There is also fibre broadband to the property. The room has its own desk but there are also desks in my room and the living room. There is only a bathroom/toilet downstairs. The third bedroom is used as my kit room and is also available for drying washing etc (with dehumidifier).
Please note! I don't currently have a physical television as I watch everything on my laptop. I also don't have a TV licence but I'm happy to get one if we need.
There is a washing machine, dishwasher, robot vacuum and fortnightly cleaners.
All bills are included in the rent.
