Double room in modern flat close to Stirling town

Hi

I am an easy going live in landlord. I have a double room for rent. It is in a modern block of 9 flats. It is decorated to a good standard and the room itself is part furnished with a double bed and double free standing wardrobe.

I work during the week and at the weekends I am mostly away with my boyfriend or catching up with family/friends. I enjoy nights out but not into all night parties those days are long gone.

The type of flat mate I would be looking for should be a professional person who is tidy and respectful also someone who likes to lead a normal quiet ish lifestyle.

Single occupancy room no partners staying over please.

There is broadband in my flat and all bills are included in the monthly rental. There is plenty of car parking space available and if you don't drive Stirling town centre is around a 10 to 15 minute walk. Cambusbarron is ideally situated for motorway links if commuting.
