I'm looking to rent out my 2nd bedroom which is now become available.
It's based in a nice and quiet area of Falkirk FK2 7HN
Nearby to a Lidl & Co-op and within walking/driving distance of the town centre.
The flat is a ground floor flat, but both the front door and back door both have 3 steps you must walk up so not really suitable for wheelchair bound individuals.
The flats as stated have a "close" entry system, the back door faces the parking bays/lot which is the main entrance for most of the residents.
The front door is for deliverys/post man, there is a buzzer on the front door for each flat.
Keys will be provided for the front&back doors as well as the flat door.
The bedroom itself is the bigger bedroom of the two, I have had the smaller room since I moved in two years ago and I'm happy keeping it.
The "Master bedroom" contains a Ikea Malm Double bed which is in good condition complete with a mattress.
Also a bedside cabinet is also there.
The room also features inwall wardrobe space for clothes (as pictured) plenty of space for clothes.

WiFi - Virgin Media I'm on the L - 100mb package.
Electricity + Council Tax also included.
White goods in the kitchen are shared, so you can use the fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, washing machine.
The living room currently doesnt really get used, I use it for rebuilding computers for work when I need to, but this can be revamped if you wish to use it, I don't mind.
I rarely use the living room and I stick near enough to my room whenever I'm not working.
The bathroom contains sink, bath and fitted shower above the bath.
The bathroom is shared and is located in the middle of the flat in between the two bedrooms.
Plenty of parking to the rear of the flats.
