Room to rent in top floor flat.

Hi.. my name is Ryan and my flat is on the top floor in a block of 6 flats. I am looking for a flatmate (male or female) to share the spare bedroom. There is a security door and a private off road car park. I work full time and my interests are driving, running and cycling. Bills are included as well as broadband, Netflix, Sky TV. The room is furnished with a double bed, bedside cabinet and wardrobe. The contact details are my mother's as she acts as my secretary 😀😀..(it's because I work full time)
