Short term room available near University

We have a single room currently available for short term occupation (weekly rental in advance) from now. Until late March, or for a shorter period if needed. This is a quiet house with a mature couple (we don't feel old) so would suit someone looking for a quiet place, either a professional or possibly postgrad or mature student, preferably female. Kitchen is shared but own bathroom next door to the room. Photos show a smaller desk than the one now provided. .
