Description
DOUBLE ROOM IN HOUSE BUILT MAY 2015, ALL MOD CONS, ALL BILLS INCLUDED. AVAILABLE FROM 1 NOVEMBER AT LATEST, MOST LIKELY FROM MON 17th OCT.
This is a premium houseshare for young professionals / mature students who are looking for quality accommodation. All bills included in the price including TV, fibre optic WiFi (actual speed c40Mb/s), utility bills, council tax etc. Also includes our lovely cleaner, Tracey, who visits every two weeks to clean the house (including your room, should you wish).
Room available - £550/month, double bed, chest of drawers, walk in wardrobe, bedside tables, separate wardrobe, view overlooking the garden outside. New double mattress purchased for the room in last year.
Shared use of:
> Bathroom with powerful mains shower and toilet
> Modern kitchen, with washer/dryer, oven, fridge, freezer etc....
> Downstairs toilet
> Spacious lounge with sofas, dining table, TV. Also includes a mini office area in the corner with desk, chair, wall mounted computer screen.
> Bike Shed with secure lock in garden.
> Garden if you can find a use for it!
> Solar panels on the roof providing lovely green electricity and hot water throughout the spring, summer and autumn months.
House is part of the Wallace Gardens development located in Causewayhead, with easy access to the university, motorway and rail station. Co-op 400m up the road and big Sainsburys & Tesco 1500m away. Two allocated parking spaces outside. The estate is pretty quiet with lots of families.
You'd be sharing with two other "professional" people in total:
> Vicky, recent graduate from Stirling Uni who works as a sports pyschologist and in hospitality. Likes gym, exploring, films/TV, etc.
> Myself, Andy, work in the finance sector, am generally away both for a large portion of the week and for vast majority of weekends. I split my time between the highlands and central belt depending on work. I love the outdoors, mountains, running, also do a lot of volunteering etc.
We are both very friendly and chilled. Ideal housemates would be easy going, reasonably tidy, sociable but no party animals please. Previous housemates included professionals in IT, financial services, lecturers and placement students. Room is for single occupancy only (i. e. no sharing the room / couples, sorry) and no smokers sorry.
Room is definitely available from 1 November, but should become available from Monday 17th October (exisitng housemate has handed notice in and is aiming to move out by 16th October.)
Looking forward to hearing from you :-)
