One, or both, of the 2 double bedrooms are available to rent as we have moved at short notice. The house was fully renovated in 2015 and as such all items are currently still under warranty, and in very good condition. The house boasts a large open plan kitchen/living room, and several storage cupboards throughout the property. Front and rear entrances are lockable and alarmed. Utility room at the rear has a washer/dryer, additional sink and plenty cupboard space. The property is fully furnished, with a large fridge freezer and dishwasher in the kitchen. The double bedrooms are spacious and light with desks provided. The bathroom has an electric shower, and bath with shower function. Parking space is available at the rear of the property, and is secluded from the road. Bills are surprisingly little for a property this size and is perfect for both students and non-students. Although the property is located next door to a pub, the wall separating the pub and flat is soundproofed, meaning there is little to no noise from the pub.
