Double room available for a single female

Hello!

My name is Teddy and I rent the flat out, but can do with some company and some help towards the bills.

All the bills are included, the price is £450 PCM for the double room on the picture (you will need to provide your own furniture, I can be of help with a chair or two if needed, but dont quite have a bed or any furniture for your room.

There is a storage space inside, two sockets and the router is in your room which guarantees fast internet (500mbps full fibre).

We have a wee kitchen, I tend to cook quite a lot and we have a small fridge so it will be preferable to do shopping and cooking together, as there is not enough space for two separate shoppings in the fridge, but if you insist we can just buy less food each and figure it out.

Bathroom with a bath, ive made it quite cosy, plenty of space for your toiletries as well.

We have no common room, as I will take up the living room, but I’m totally up to share space if we become friends.

What I’m ideally looking for:

A professional woman around my age, that ideally has a car (as Cowie’s transportation links are not the greatest it will be better if you drive, but there are buses to Stirling and the area all the time, so even if you don’t it’s okay).
I would ideally want someone of similar culture to mine or someone who doesn’t have sensitivity to European foods and spices, as I do cook a lot.
I would also ideally want to be friends and be sociable around the house and share and listen to music together, spend time together after work etc.
I run, workout, paint, I’m into music and I do listen to music on a speaker within reasonable hours, so hopefully this will be okay, as I’m not willing to have arguments over this.

If you’re a professional who wants to live in a cheap place with another young professional lady and be friendly together, I’m your girl.

I ideally want to see some references, if you don’t have any don’t worry.
I would also ideally want the full deposit, but if you are in a rush to find a place I can consider you paying the deposit in instalments every month so you are comfortable. I’ve been in a position of struggle so I know how it is.
I want to see a payslip to check proof of income too, just in case.

I will consider students only if they can provide reference, give me proof of some income, part time job, or parents transfers, or a student loan amount.
