Large Furnished Double Room available

Hi folks.

I have a large double room available (it's actually the master bedroom in the house) in Denny, just up the road from Sainsbury. Bills are all inc (gas, electricity, council tax, broadband, netflix, etc. though I don't recieve any TV license services).

You'd be sharing with myself (as a live in landlord) and my partner, as well as 2 dogs, Maisie and Popcorn (border and cavapoo respectively). I'm slowly making some upgrades to the house so you may have to cope with the place looking a bit building site-y on occasion. I'm a non-smoker but i'm not fussed if you smoke (preferably not in the house though).
Pet's are very welcome as long as everyone gets along. My dog has lived with other dogs, cats, rabbits, ducks, chickens, and once a pig so she's pretty chill as collie's go.
