Double room for Rent - short term

Clean and bright room with a day bed which can be opened up and used as a double bed (Storage underneath), wardrobe etc available for short term let. Access to a bathroom which is only shared when I have friends/family visiting. Room and house fully furnished. There are spare cupboards available in the utility room. Sharing with female owner and older labrador dog. Sorry, I cant accomodate any other pets though. Nice garden. Bus links to Glasgow/Falkirk and Stirling. Nearest train stations Camelon and Falkirk High. Good access to footpaths and greenspace. Local shops 15 mins walk. Must be a non smoker. I would expect you to keep the bathroom cleaned once per week and to clean up after yourself in any shared areas. However, I would generally do all other cleaning (as its generally the dog that makes the mess!). I work from home 4 days per week, so Im around quite a lot. House is in a quiet residential area and there is space on the drive for a car. Council Band G. Suitable for a professional person looking for a temporary base. Might suit someone with a vehicle working at the Edinburgh festival? A rental agreement will be signed. Any breakages or additional cleaning upon leaving must be paid for. Deposit and references required.
