Hello I'm looking for a flatmate to move in at the start of December as my current flatmate is moving out.
Available is a double bedroom with a built in wardrobe. The flat is located <1 minute from Dunblane train station which offers regular services to Bridge of Allan, Stirling etc. Buses also operate to the Stirling University from a bus stop 30 seconds from the flat, though these are less regular than in the town centre.
Free on street parking is also available <1 minute away
WIFI is included in the rent. I don't have a particular preference for either professionals or students but I would still ask if you are a student that you contribute to the council tax (Band F).
Other than that I'm just looking for someone who is friendly and tidy. Any questions please feel free to message me on whatsapp!
