Female (33) looking for a lodger/flatmate for my 2-bed bright, colourful and quiet flat in a leafy part of picturesque Dunblane - less than 10 minutes walk along the river to the station with great public transport links. Easy access for Stirling, the University campus, or anyone who needs to commute in Stirlingshire. 45 mins into Glasgow central by train.
Looking for someone to move in from early July onwards for at least 3 months with option to stay longer as you require. If we're a good fit, I'll be happy to have a flatmate for the longer term.
You'll also be sharing with my gentle three-legged lurcher, Jura, but he's a very easy quiet dog who just loves snuggles! Very good sofa companion. I run my own business but I mainly work away from home, so I'm in and out throughout the day. Happy to cowork with others, and also give space and priority to anyone who needs the dining area for some focused work time. I hope I can find someone who enjoys the peaceful space, close access to the park and hopefully can become a new pal. I'd really like to be able to enjoy the odd film or meal together, while also enjoying our own space and time. I value open and compassionate communication in a flatmate so we can both feel at home and comfortable around each other.

The flat is 2nd floor and very bright with big windows. Big shared garden and a covered parking space included. The flat is in a cul-de-sac so there is no passing traffic and its right next to the river path, 5 minutes from Laighhills park.

The room has an inbuilt wardrobe too, and I'm happy to move any furniture you don't want/need from the room to suit your needs. If you wanted to bring you're own single bed to have more space, I'd be happy to dismantle and remove the double bed.
Women, Queers and Neurodivergent people very welcomed. Great location for anyone working in Stirling, or possibly someone who works from home partially but commutes into Glasgow/Edinburgh sometimes - both very accessible on the train line. Very good spot to explore Scotland and get out into nature too, especially the Trossachs. Whilst the space is offered under a 'lodgers agreement' as we're sharing, I hope you'll feel very much as if this is your home as much as mine, as is right when you're paying to live here.

Lodger's Agreement will provide you with the security of at least a month's notice from me, and I would seek the same from my housemate. A security deposit of 500 will be required, stored with SafeDeposits Scotland.
