Share with me and my cat on a farm near Stirling

I'm a young professional female sharing my beautiful spacious detached barn conversion home just outside the town of Denny near Stirling.

You will have your own private, lockable bedroom(s) (with king size bed and built in wardrobe). You'll have a shower room/toilet for your own use.

We will share the bathroom, kitchen, dining area, huge lounge (with Lazyboy sofas, 55" smart TV and dancing pole), and laundry facilities (including washer-dryer). Outside there’s a large private garden including furniture, hot tub, patio, BBQ and vegetable garden.

You’ll also share this space with my super friendly indoor/outdoor cat, Cassie, and my wee flock of chickens (who lay tasty fresh eggs each morning).

There is wifi here with smart speakers and smart heating.

I’m located just 1 minute walk from a main road, with a bus stop just outside the farm that will take you directly to Stirling or Glasgow with buses every half an hour or so. You can drive to Stirling in about 10 minutes, Glasgow in 30 minutes and Edinburgh in 40 minutes.

My space is unique as it is in a lovely rural setting, yet accessible to places you want to be going.

Currently it’s only me and my cat here. I travel and work away quite a lot, so you’ll often have the place to yourself.

Seeking friendly, open minded cool human(s) to share my home with! I’m open to people of any race, gender, sexual orientation, interests etc. I will consider pets. The rent may be negotiable for the rent of both rooms.

Rent is £750pcm for each room, including bills or £500pcm excluding bills (bills are typically £240-£260pcm)
