Double room 3 minutes walk from Falkirk Grahamston Station. 3 supermarkets close by (Morrisons, Tesco and Asda). Plenty gym options and bars. On street parking. No smoking allowed on premises but there is a private garden with an enclosed area for outside smoking, Spacious, traditional terraced house. Easy access to Forth Valley College, Ineos and BP in Grangemouth, Falkirk Community Hospital; Larbert Hospital is an easy drive or plenty buses or train to Larbert then short bus ride option. Falkirk Grahamston Station has a regular train service to Edinburgh/Glasgow (with stops in between).

I am a mature, live in landlord (busy with work), with a kelpie/border collie cross dog. Occupants are busy with their own schedule, so the house is generally quiet. I generally offer short term contracts (for the past 8 years), with some longer term in between (when Contractors have extended their work contracts etc).
Shared lounge available (but it is generally empty, so it could be available exclusively), next to the lounge is a large dining kitchen with shower room off. Upstairs is the bedrooms and main bathroom with whirlpool bath. Cleaning of spaces used is a requisite and general housekeeping will be carried out by landlord.
