2 double rooms available in period Victorian villa situated within five minute walk of town centre. 10 min walk to either High or Grahamston train stations with easy 30 min commute to Stirling, Edinburgh or Glasgow. Short walk to retail park, cinema, pubs and restaurants.

Room one - good sized double room on ground floor with an en-suite shower.
Room 2 - larger double room on first floor with ample storage and desk. Situated next to bathroom.

Shared large living room, dining room, kitchen with white goods and nice sunny (if we get any)garden with large storage shed.

House will be shared with myself, my cat and guinea pig who are rescue animals and no hassle. I am a sociable person who is happy to chat over a cup of coffee or watch a movie but with also respect personal space.
