The house is ideally located for traveling to and from Grangemouth and all popular town centre Shops, Pubs and Restaurants are within five minute walking distance.

As the house is located in the Town Centre we do not have Off Road Parking but there is a Car Park adjacent to the house.

The rooms will not be let as an individuals main or sole residence on a short or long term basis..
