Accessibility:
- A large car park is right outside the house for your convenience.
- Tesco is just a 5-minute walk away for all your grocery needs.
- Polmont train station is a 20-minute walk, or a quick 10-minute bike ride away – we have a spare bike you’re welcome to use!
- Trains to Stirling can be as quick as 20 minutes (£4.20 for a return ticket). If you’re heading to the university, it's about a 10-minute bike ride from Stirling station.
- The M9 motorway is only a 5-minute drive, making commuting easy.
- Glasgow and Edinburgh are just a 20-minute drive once on the motorway or 25 minutes by train.
Living Arrangements:
You'll be sharing the flat with me. The landlord (who currently occupies the room as my flatmate) will be vacating and moving out of the UK for forseeable future. Both of us will be present during the viewing and to answer any queries or concerns.
Amenities:
All bills and council tax are included in the rent.
Our home is equipped with high-speed broadband (Virgin Media - 250 mbps).
