(freeview and Amazon Prime); superfast broadband. Whirlpool bath/toilet steps from bedrooms - upstairs, shower room/toilet next to dining kitchen downstairs.
The kitchen is also available for preparing meals. Bed linen and towels are provided. All rooms have individual t. v.'s.

Desirable area; traditional, spacious, terraced house; rear lounge next to kitchen. Cleaning of communal areas (bathrooms, lounge, dining kitchen and stairs undertaken by landlord. Respectful housekeeping expected from guests). Cleaning of own rooms to be undertaken by lodger/guest.
STRICTLY NON SMOKING HOUSE. (Private, enclosed garden to the rear of the house and sheltered, enclosed close for outside smoking, if required.)
3 minute walk to Falkirk Grahamston Train Station with good links to Glasgow/Edinburgh/Stirling. Falkirk High Station is a 15 min walk or you can travel by taxi.
There is also a nearby Bus Station. 4 supermarkets close by - Morrisons, Asda, Marks & Spencer plus Tesco and retail park, cinema etc. plus plenty gym options.

Independent living is possible within the house as occupants are generally busy with their own schedule.

The house is a large, traditional terraced house. Very spacious with a dining kitchen plus American Fridge Freezer, shower room/toilet (downstairs) and main bathroom with whirlpool bath (upstairs). Quiet location with restaurants, bars, clubs and shopping malls nearby (about 5 minute walk).

We also have a 5 year old kelpie/border collie dog, who loves people and other dogs.
