Hi, my flat mate is moving out so I am looking for someone to take the room.
The double room is spacious and has a single built in cupboard with a rail for hanging clothes. The room is also furnished with a double bed and wardrobe, desk and small TV.
The flat is situated in a nice area in Hallglen, the neighbors are very friendly and the street is peaceful.
Flat is located close to local shops, butcher, pharmacist and hairdresser. Local bus stops near by and train stations are ten minute walk. 5-10 minute drive to local motorway .
The rent is payable every 4 weeks and a deposit will be required. I will also provide a contract of agreement. Rent includes all bills. Im happy to accept someone on a month to month basis with no deposit but rent is charged at £450
There is a large kitchen with all you would need, bathroom with a boiler powered pressure shower, Wifi and BT Tv.
I am looking for someone who is friendly and respectful.
