En-suite double bedroom (now under offer)

We are a family of four (1 Brit, 1 German + 2 bilingual children aged 2 and 4, and 3 very friendly cats) and live in an old, converted church hall in Gargunnock, a picturesque, vibrant and friendly village just outside Stirling.

We have a furnished double bedroom with en-suite bathroom we would like to rent out. Tenants would be able to share the kitchen, utility and sitting rooms with us as well.

Gargunnock has a village shop, a pub and plenty of beautiful countryside to explore (Downie's Loup Waterfall, Gargunnock Hills, etc.).

Stirling city centre and station are only a 15-minute drive away, with plenty of bigger supermarkets/shops/gyms.

Both Edinburgh and Glasgow are about a 45 minute drive.

Gargunnock is also a good place to explore Scotland from. We are only about half an hour's drive away from Loch Lomond and the Trossach's National Park.

Please note: access to your own car would be preferred. We are on the bus route between Stirling and Balfron (and Glasgow), with a bus stop right in front of our house. Connections: First-Scotland-East B12, C12, C12A. Like many bus services in Scotland this service is limited. The property is unfortunately unsuitable for travel to Stirling University by public transport.
