Peace and Quiet in a Rural Farmhouse.

I have one double room available, with large bathroom shared with one other person.
This is within an old farmhouse just outside the picturesque village of Gartmore. (within the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park).
You’ll have shared use of large kitchen and separate living room.

If you’d love your home to be a quiet sanctuary where you can rest and relax in peace, this environment will be perfect for you!
We have horses and tame sheep on the land here, so lots of animal cuddles to be had !

I work from home, and I need peace and quiet. I enjoy my solitude and I’m looking for someone clean and tidy who has a similar outlook to share this beautiful space. Ideally I’m looking for a long term tenant, but minimum 6 months.

With forest walks and cycle trails on the doorstep this would be perfect if you love the outdoors and being surrounded by nature.
I have a kitchen garden with fresh veggies in season, and you’re welcome to share the produce I grow. And if you want to help out and get your hands in some soil then that’s a bonus!

A short walk will take you into the village centre, which has a thriving community owned pub (The Black Bull Gartmore) and village hall which both host interesting events and activities.

There are good bus links to Stirling and Glasgow, and by car you can reach Glasgow in 40 mins and Stirling in 35 mins. The nearest village with shops, cafe’s, petrol station and a large supermarket is Aberfoyle which is approx 3 miles away.

There is ample parking plus cycle storage if required.

Rent includes Council Tax, WiFi and reasonable energy bills.
