Furnished Room Detached House in Maddiston

I am a 31 year old female with 2 small dogs. I live in my 4 bedroom detached property in a quiet neighbourhood in Maddiston, I am looking for a flat mate to rent out a furnished double room for 350 pcm.

I have 2 small non shedding dogs so flatmate would need to be dog friendly. You would have access to bathroom (I have a separate ensuite), lounge, dining room and kitchen. Fast broadband is included. No smoking inside the house however there is an outside garden.

I am looking for a £200 pound deposit and £350 per calender month upfront rent, all bills
inclusive (respectful heating usage).

Close by is a post office and corner shop, the nearest bus stop is a 5 minute walk. Polmont train station is a 20 minute walk with easy commute to Edinburgh, Falkirk, Stirling and Glasgow. Aldi and Tesco nearby. Have driveway parking for 2 cars.
