Double room(s) Bills inc

I’m Sarah, 39 years old, and a high school teacher. I have a room in my house in Plean for rent.

It’s double room, with double bed, double wardrobe, 2 chest of draws, and a table.

You’d also have shared use of the main bathroom with jacuzzi bath and electric shower, use of the dinning room, fully equipped kitchen, utility room (with washer and dryer) and down stairs bathroom.

It’s a 4 bedroom house, in a nice neighbourhood, close to Stirling. It’s on the bus route, but if your drive it’s only 10 mins to the city centre, 15 minutes to the university, and 5 mins to the Glasgow, Edinburgh and Perth motorways if you commute (like me.)

I have a nice bit of garden and the house backs out onto field that lead up the Plean Country Park… so , gorgeous walks around. Deer come to feed out the back daily.

I’m an easy going person, very used to shared living. I want to find someone nice, tidy, and who doesn’t mind living with my dog and cat. Another room is let currently to friendly, professional male. We have a great dynamic in the house!
