Double room(s) Bills inc

I’m Sarah, 40 years old, and a high school teacher. I have a room in my home in Plean for rent.

I’m offering a small double room, with small double bed, under bed storage drawers, wardrobe, small chest of drawers and desk. Situated to back of house.

All tenants have shared use of the main bathroom with jacuzzi bath and electric shower, use of the dinning room, fully equipped kitchen, utility room (with washer and dryer) and down stairs bathroom. Also there is south facing garden, with space for relaxing and drying clothes.

It’s a 4 bedroom house, in a nice neighbourhood, just outside Stirling. It’s on the main bus route of the A9 so very easily accessible to both Stirling or Falkirk If you drive it’s only 10 mins to the city centre, 15 minutes to the university, and 5 mins to the motorways for Glasgow, Edinburgh and Perth if you commute (like me).

I have a nice garden that backs out onto fields, so very peaceful. These lead up to Plean Country Park, and there are gorgeous walks around. Deer come to feed out the back daily.

I’m an easy going person, who is very used to shared living. I want to find someone nice, respectful and tidy, and who doesn’t mind living with my dog and cat.
