Double room in St Ninians to rent.

I recently bought a house in St Ninians and have a spare room so I am looking for a flatmate.

I am a 25 year old female working for a charity in Stirling (generally 9-5 Mon-Fri). I enjoy socialising and meeting new people.

The house is at the end of a street wihh plenty of garden space. It has a driveway you can use and free, safe on street parking.

The kitchen is at the back with a small table and living room separate. There are two bedrooms upstairs and shared bathroom.

The bedroom you'll be renting has a bed, small wardrobe and shelves (which I will love my books from).

All bills included (heating/electricity/broadband and council tax).

Currently looking for someone Mon-Fri but I am flexible and open to some weekends.
