This place would suit a professional (doctor on placement?) ideally with a car as buses can be sometimes unreliable in the winter especially with shift work but current flat mate did it like a boss🫡
Good links to Edinburgh or Glasgow and the airports.
It is a Double room which comes with a built in wardrobe. Bed, Chest of drawers and desk (owned by other flatmate) and is available if needed.
House cost breakdown below:
Rent: £437.50 excluding bills.
*bills = £123 per month
(Gas central heating (direct debit Scottish gas paid monthly, internet and council tax)
There is an outdoor shed for bike storage, camping gear, outside washing line and a drive way. 5min walk to bus stop (38), frequent buses into town and a city link express bus to Glasgow. Also train from town is around £5 cab or 10min bus ride.
The room would suit someone who has flat-shared before, and shares in the hoovering / cleaning/ garden maintenance and bins etc and is not looking for a party house.
The landlords come around every 6 weeks to check garden/ house and are nice and local so are happy to repair things as needed but the house is managed by B Spoke Real Estate.
New tenant should be responsible and mindful of paying bills on time. Whilst I’m not precious about my furniture, I like to live in a nice home and would like who ever lived here to look after it.

I enjoy going to see live music, traveling, films, galleries and the theatre. I also like to explore new places over the weekend and love wild swimming and paddleboarding. My work keeps me busy during the week (9-5)so I prefer a chilled home life during the week.
My neighbours are lovely, friendly and of a similar age and so we are all respectful of noise levels. I’m not much of a drinker and don’t smoke but don’t mind if you smoke as long as it’s outside.
