You would have your own double bedroom in this house and then the living areas would be shared with 1 other. One of the rooms is quite big and the other is smaller but has an en-suite so it depends on your priorities, which room you would prefer. First come first served on that one! Broadband included Gas & Electric will be split between the 2 tenant, at an estimate of £75 each (this is only an estimate and will depend on your own consumption). No couples sorry unless you arrange your own buddy up of the 2nd room.
