Double Bedroom Bills Inc - P/T live in landlad

I have double bedroom in a ground floor flat in st ninians for rent. I’m in the process of doing the flat up a bit.

Ideally I’d like to find a fellow professional or chilled student to share it with me.

Me: I’m a 41-year-old Scottish professional with a hybrid work schedule. When I’m working from home (2–3 days a week), I work in my room so the rest of the flat is yours.
After spending years away living in Spain, Dubai, and France, I’ve been back in the UK now for four years. My "party days" are behind me; I enjoy mountain biking, snowboarding, dog walks and road trips. I’m active, enjoy a good home bread bake, and live a quiet life—though I’m always up for a casual beer!

The Best Bit
I stay at my partner's house 3–4 nights every week, so basically you get the affordability of a flatshare with a significant amount of "solo" time to enjoy the space to yourself.

The Flat
Your Room: A freshly decorated double bedroom with a brand-new carpet , wood furniture, and a bright, south-facing window. Furnished with a king bed and a decent amount of storage (large wardrobe, chest of drawers as well as desk space.) (curtains are still to go up this weekend !)

The Shared Space: A smart, fairly modern kitchen, a newly renovated shower room, and a comfortable, easy-to-maintain living room.

Outside: Private front and rear gardens (great for gear or gardening) and easy on-street parking right outside. I have two sheds one of which can be yours if you need additional storage.

Location: Directly opposite Thistle Park—perfect for a quick walk or fresh air.

The Roomie
You’ll be sharing with me and my medium-sized, super-friendly dog.

Rent: £600 pcm including bills (gas electric council tax to license broadband)

Terms: 1-month deposit | Minimum 3 month commitment
