Looking for one flatmate who requires short term accommodation up until June 20th to take over from myself due to personal circumstances. From June onwards, the room can the be extended for a minimum of 6 months and a maximum of 1 year. It is a double room ideal for both students and professional. It comes with a large wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and side lamp. The property is a large bungalow, and is located approximately 15 minutes walk and 5 minute drive from Stirling City Centre.
Monthly rent is £385 per month which includes Wifi, bills and council tax - with an initial deposit of £385. Occupants are a mixture of students and professionals between the ages of 18-25. There is a deposit of £385 in advance of moving into the property.
