Double room in peaceful location

I have a fully furnished double bedroom available to rent in a 2 bed house sharing with me, my partner and a friendly kitten.
The house is located in Stirling, St. Ninians (Next to the Lidl).
The bus stop one minute walk away with regular 15mins service to Stirling City centre/University/Glasgow/Edin burgh.

Rent includes all bills (gas, electricity and unlimited fast broadband). Shared use of kitchen, bathroom, living room and garden are also included.

Kitchen includes microwave/oven/grill, washing machine, and multitude of crockery / bakeware.
The bathroom has a full size bath and shower.

The house is in a peaceful and quiet area, so probably not suitable if you love loud music till the wee hours, but if you like a glass of wine and relaxing in the garden on a sunny evening (or a mug of mulled wine in front of the tele in the winter) then it might be ideal.
