My Home has 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are available for guests. The current tenant, after a wonderful 2yrs, will vacate the room early February and I'm searching for the ideal person to move into this Space!
I live here intermittently throughout the year (in the 3rd room).
The available bedroom is at the front of the house, overlooking the park. It has a large bay window which is perfect for receiving the sunrise in the morning. The room offers a quiet location (infact the whole area is quiet) with a Super Kingsized bed, a wall of built in mirrored wardrobes, a comfortable day chair and a desk (which can be removed if you wish) to help with anyone who has "work from home" days.
Doors have own personal locks/keys.
The set up would suit Professionals, Medical Students, Doctors, Nurses with long or short term placements at Forth Valley/Larbert Hospital as it is only a short 5min drive away (or 15min bus ride from the end of the street!)
Also a good option for Contract workers in and around the Grangemouth area as approx 10min drive away.
Larbert Train station & access to major motorways are only 5mins away.
There is a fantastic "corner" shop opposite the house which is home to the Scottish Cheesecake Co.😋or not far from the supermarket Asda. Also close to the local takeaway places, Gym, coffee shop, Stenhousemuir Football Club.
