Private Room with Own Bathroom in Central Location

I have a double room (with kingsize bed) available with it's own private bathroom in a lovely cottage type property in Stenhousemuir.

The way the house is laid out you would have pretty much the upstairs to yourself, the only other room upstairs is an office. Although the house is on a main street, your bedroom would be at the back and is nice and quiet.

The house has a lovely feel with a great garden. There's parking available on street and a main bus route stops next door. There's a corner shop 2 mins away and the main shops of Stenhousemuir are a 10 minute walk. Larbert train station is just along the road.

I work shifts which I have found works quite well when I've previously rented out the room.

Bills are included with the exception of telephone. All the usual things are available, broadband, washing machine, dishwasher etc.

I'm easy going and easy to live with!
