Really large flat

(Temporarily both rooms taken).

The small room is for £320
The large one for £360

The large room will be taken at least till the end of October and (perhaps) after that too. Just ask if you need ;)

The small one is available now. I have to contact previous tenant as she’s mentioned that maybe she’ll return or place her friend there. So again : just ask . Should be available (let’s say 80% sure) around the 10th of October.


I m looking for clean, reasonable , responsible person and that is all.
But still: keep that in mind for the whole stay, not just when living first month in here.
We try and keep the house clean (no shoes inside, weekly basic cleanings etc).
Once you’re interested in property I’ll invite you to quickly take a look and discuss all necessary matters and then you’ll decide what you want to do.

There’ll be also a small agreement to sign or agree to verbally.

It’s huge living room and huge kitchen . Really spacious. I posted only pics of one bedroom as there are three and all of them pretty much the same .
And we have 2 toilets.

If you're a student then no paying council tax is ok.

(For couple it’s 450 per large room and £390 per smaller room , and we share bills between all people living in).

I want to charge less but properties in Cornton are expensive and this one is really really big. So you'll see for yourself when you come to see the place...
Bills should be around £100-£150/month divided by 3 or 4people (depending on how many people will live there with me) but we pay the bills every 3 months..

You’ll find this place comfortable . And it’s 15 seconds walk from bus stop. Also near UNI , bridge of Allan and it’s 20min walk to city . :)

There's private garden behind the building so you can keep your bike there, parking for cars, and much more.
I have already kitchen full of appliances so you won't need to bring anything at all. Dishes, cutlery, there's plenty of it (of course rule of respecting others' property and replacing missing/damaged goods applies). There's a shop maybe 100m away.
One time fee for wi-fi applies - 20GBP (one time...no monthly).

I am a professional ballroom and Latin dancer therefore it's better to text me first. I am often busy with competitions and teaching at my school so may not be available to pick the phone when you call .

You can see the house on google maps. It’s chalet bar (used to be a bar) on 112 Strathmore drive . This will be the huge building in street view. Whole top floor is the flat. :)
