Double room in Stirling town/ 15mnt to Uni

Hello there,

One double bedroom available to rent in a two double bedroom flat in Stirling Centre. The bedroom is furnished. Central location, well connected with buses going to Stirling University. There's Tescos close to the property.

You will be sharing the flat with a female in her last year of studies at S. U. and in few months I will be working full time.

The flat is usually quiet, clean, it has a big kitchen with all appliances, (in case you enjoy cooking like myself)
The bedroom is big and theres also a big living room. The flat has a good size for two people to share.

About myself:

This is a very busy time as I am about to complete my studies and I also work in healthcare. In my free time Im into sports, mostly skateboarding and surfing. And Ive been practising yoga for most of my life, Im quite social however at the present time I dont have much time to socialise. But I do like to hangout with my flatmates from time to time. I enjoy a glass of wine and Im up for trips when possible.


Preferable looking for someone for a longterm stay however, short-term lets could be also considered.

The ideal flatmate would be someone that is busy either studying or working during the week. (Is my current situation I study and work)
Also, I prefer someone that is quiet at nights and ideally no visitors or noise after 10pm.

This is not a party flat !!

Someone that can commit to keep the common areas CLEAN.
