Fully furnished double room to rent

We are two second years looking for a third flatmate for our flat right by Tesco. We don't have many requirements, just ask that you are friendly and considerate and pick up after yourself.

The room comes with a double bed, wardrobe, full-length mirror and 2 bedside tables, and has a lovely view of the castle. The flat includes a tv and a washer and dryer, as well as a fully furnished kitchen and bathroom. WiFI and TV license are included in rent. Gas and electricity are around an extra £30 per person per month.

Smokers are welcome but ideally you would not smoke inside the flat. The flat is located on the top floor and there is no lift so unfortunately it is not accessible in that sense.

We are not generally loud people, but hope you understand we cannot guarantee a quiet flat as we are students.
