This property is currently a work in progress’ and will be entirely brand new for you (and me!) stepping in the door! It’s a big, old fashioned ground floor flat, entirely made of Stone, with only an upstairs neighbour. The flat has its own front and back door, into beautiful gardens. The ceilings are high, the floors are all natural wood and there are pretty shutters on the windows with a working fireplace in the living room. All very quaint and country’ in style.
The property has three bedrooms, one of which is mine, one room will be yours and one for possibly a 2nd lodger if I find anyone spectacular. There is a kitchen diner, two bathrooms and a living room. It’s has everything you need from washing machine, ironing board, bath and shower etc.
Your room will have a bed, mattress, pillows with bed linen, a chest of drawers and a wardrobe / clothes rail. It also has a huge window with shutters and a radiator attached to the central heating.
The flat is in a great location, 7 minutes walk to the train / bus station and literally a stones through away from a large supermarket, right in the centre of town. You can also walk to Stirling University, in approx 35mins or to stirling castle in 12 minutes.
I am very organised, clean and mostly quiet. I love cooking and will always have something tasty being prepared. I love the outdoors, riding horses and I’m super passionate about all things rural / country / Scottish. I work a lot, looking after 12 Scottish Whisky Distilleries via my Marketing Manager role, so I’m often not at home.
My dream flat mate would be someone who likes good chat and a laugh, a few social drinks, but who equally likes their own company. They must (and I cannot stress it enough) keep my property clean and care for it as though it’s their own. I would prefer you were out and about at uni / work etc and not lounging about the flat all day every day.
This is a brand new property for me, and I’m renting out my spare rooms because I don’t actually like the idea of living alone, quite yet.
