Vacant room with a king size bed!

We’ve got a wonderful four bedroom house up on Baker Street, and are in need of someone to occupy the ground floor bedroom. The location is incredibly central, being right across from the Stirling Highland hotel and just up the road from dusk. You’re two minutes walk from everything you’d need in Stirling!

The house has a lot of other good features as well! We’ve got a decently sized living room with a dining area, a fenced and gated garden with a lot of privacy, and a spacious kitchen.

If this all interests you then you’ll be sharing with myself, Arnaud and Rachel. We’re all incredibly laid back and understand the importance of keeping the house clean, along with personal space. We’ll (probably) get to understanding the importance of actually studying soon.

Rent is £400 a month per person (excluding electric and wifi, which is approximately £60-70 split between the 4 of us)
